What we keep, and what we never see.
1765 Regina is built to know as little about you as it can. What you pray, record and plan in its tools stays on your own device, unless you choose to turn on Regina Key sync, which sends only a locked copy we cannot read.
- Do you track me? No. There are no analytics, no advertising tags, no tracking pixels and no cookies. The site's security policy forbids any outside script from running on it.
- Where does what I write in the tools go? It is kept in your browser, on your device. It is never sent to us unless you turn on Regina Key sync, and then only as a locked copy we cannot read.
- What do you hold about me? If you join the founding list of The Regina Dispatch: your email address, when you joined, and which form you used. If you turn on Regina Key sync: a locked copy of your tool data that we cannot read.
- Do you sell or share it? Never, to anyone.
- How do I leave or delete? Yourself, at any time, on the Your data page. No email to anyone is needed.
When you simply visit
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, no advertising or social-media tags and no tracking pixels. It loads no code, fonts or images from any other company: the typefaces are stored on this site, and its Content Security Policy tells your browser to refuse any script that does not come from 1765regina.com itself. That is how the promises in this paragraph are kept, not only stated.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare handles the technical details any request carries (your IP address, your browser type, the page asked for and the time) in order to deliver the site and protect it from attack, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We add nothing to that, keep no copy of it, and never use it to identify or profile anyone.
What the tools keep, and where
The tools remember your progress so that you can come back tomorrow. Today that means your Examen resolutions and the days of your novenas; as the tools grow, it will include things like your children's names and baptism days, if you choose to enter them. All of it is stored in your browser's local storage on the device you are using, under names that begin with regina. It is not sent to us unless you turn on Regina Key sync (below), and even then we receive only a locked copy that we cannot read.
That has two consequences worth knowing. Nobody else can read it unless they can use your device and browser. And if you clear this site's data in your browser, or lose the device, it is gone, unless you use Regina Key sync and still have your key: we cannot read or restore it for you. On iPhone and iPad, Safari can also clear a website's saved data when it goes unused for a while; adding Regina to your Home Screen avoids that, and the Home Screen app keeps its data separately from Safari. The Your data page explains how to keep or clear it.
Regina Key sync, if you turn it on
Sync lets you keep the same record on your phone and your computer without an account. It is off unless you turn it on. Its controls are in the app's You tab, under The Regina Key. Until you turn it on, nothing of yours is synced at all, and a locked copy is made only when you do.
When you turn it on, your device makes a random key, your Regina Key, and shows it to you. Your data is locked on your device with that key (AES-GCM, 256-bit) before it leaves, and only the locked copy is sent. The key itself is never sent. What our server stores is:
- the locked copy, which we cannot open: there is no key on our side and no code that could unlock it;
- an identifier derived from your key, which cannot be turned back into the key;
- the locked copy's size, the time it was last written, and a revision number that keeps two devices from overwriting each other.
The locked copy is deleted automatically 400 days after it was last written (each sync renews it), and you can delete it yourself at any time with the sync controls. If you lose your Regina Key, neither the data nor the key can be recovered by us. One honest limit: your Regina Key is kept in this browser's storage alongside your other Regina data, so anyone who can use your unlocked device and browser could read it.
The founding list
If you join the founding list of The Regina Dispatch, we store three things: your email address, the date and time you joined, and which form you used (for example, the one on the Dispatch page). Nothing else: no IP address, no browser details, no location.
The address is used for one purpose, to write to you when the Dispatch begins. No email has been sent yet. Before any outside sending service is used, this page will name it. The list is stored on Cloudflare's network under our account.
You can take yourself off the list at any time on the Your data page; the record is deleted at once. That form gives the same reply whether or not an address was on the list, so no one can use it to find out whether someone else has joined. Because belonging to a Catholic list says something about your faith, we treat membership itself as private.
If you joined before 10 October 2026, your record also held your browser's user-agent string and the country Cloudflare reported. Joining again from any form on this site rewrites your record to the three items above, and removing yourself deletes it entirely.
Keeping the forms from being abused
To slow down floods of fake sign-ups and misuse of sync, the server counts recent requests per network. Each counter is keyed by a scrambled (hashed) form of your network address, never the address itself, and is deleted after about eleven minutes.
Who processes data for us
One company: Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site, runs its server functions and stores the founding list and any locked sync copies. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with anyone, and we do no advertising. We would disclose what little we hold only if the law required it.
Children
1765 Regina is written for women and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A mother may record her children's names or dates in the tools; that stays on her own device, or, if she turns on Regina Key sync, travels only as a locked copy we cannot read. If a child has joined the founding list, the address can be removed on the Your data page.
Your choices
- Your tool data: it is already in your hands, in your browser. Clearing this site's data in your browser deletes it. Export and import controls belong to the tools' shared settings and appear on the Your data page when those tools are published.
- The founding list: remove yourself on the Your data page, at once.
- A synced copy: delete it with the sync controls, or let it expire 400 days after its last write.

1765 Regina is a brand of 1765 Apparel Co LLC, a Georgia limited liability company in the United States, the legal home of the 1765 house of brands. There is no contact mailbox yet, so none is listed here; everything this page describes can be done by you, on this site, without writing to anyone. See also the Terms of use and Credits.
