Your state of life

The review step asks the questions of your vocation. Choose what fits today — you can change it any time.

About this tool. The five-step structure is St. Ignatius of Loyola's daily examen (Spiritual Exercises, first week — thanksgiving, petition for light, review, contrition, amendment). The examination questions follow the traditional commandment-based form, fitted to the states of life of women. The Act of Contrition is the traditional English text. This tool is an aid to prayer and preparation — it is not the Sacrament. Bring what it surfaces to Confession, where absolution is. Free under the 1765 house covenant: the path to God is never paywalled.
